We have a great group of volunteers who help folks with pig care, most people get a pig but don't think about vet care: pigs need regular hoof trims and males often require tusk trims. Contact us if you need help: Hoof trims are $100 and tusk trims are $40, we also administer Fall flu shots for $10. Janice@windys.org or text 702-816-
If you really want to adopt a pig, but just can't right now, consider sponsoring one here at the sanctuary! You can pick a pig from the pictures on this site or call us for a private visit to meet the critters and maybe you will fall in love with a particular pet or two! $18.00 a month buys one bag of pig feed and you are welcome to come visit on the weekend, spend some time and bring some treats too!
Young and adult pigs usually pick the people who they like, please consider contacting us for a visit before deciding on a pig to adopt, we have had great experiences with rescued pigs picking the perfect family! firstname.lastname@example.org
We have several sweet cats, young and older, wanting to have a home to call their own. Please consider a Windy's Kitty for your next feline pet. mitty not available}

Her wonderful husband was searching online for a pig for his wife who has ALWAYS wanted one.... he came across www.windys.org
He texted me, they came to visit, with ADORABLE twin children, fell in love with Pebbles.... AND JEFFREY! It's cold where they live, so these two can snuggle and keep warm!
MaryLou we love you and THANK YOU for making room in your life for this adorable pair of pigs who we miss, but are so happy for!
One REALLY great adoption! Sweet Reese has been showing 4H hogs for years and was just broken-hearted when the show was over; she asked her folks if she could get a pot belly, a pig she could keep for its whole life, and they said yes! They initially put a deposit down on a piglet from a breeder, but then were told about us and they came to visit to ask some questions, and fell in LOVE with LARRY! The breeder gave the deposit back and the adoption began!!!! A great pig went to a great family!
