Routine piggie care

We have wonderful volunteers, we help folks with their pig's care, pigs need regular hoof trims and males require tusk trims. Contact us: Hoof trims are up to $250, depending on tusk trims, eye and ear cleaning, and teeth exams; and we give annual respiratory shots for $10. We will love your piggie just as much as you!

If you really want to adopt a pig, but just can't right now, consider sponsoring one here at the sanctuary! You can pick a pig from the pictures on this site or call us for a private visit to meet the critters and maybe you will fall in love with a particular pet or two! You are welcome to come visit on the weekend, spend some time with your sponsored piggie and bring some treats too! Maybe you can even help with a hoof trim! ONE bag of feed cost $24. You can feed the pigs!

The mission of Windy's Ranch & Rescue is to help any animal we can, in any way we can.

Windy's Ranch & Rescue provides foster and adoption services, spay/neuter transport services, hoof and tusk trimming and annual vaccinations. We can safely transport your pet pig to and from the vet, or if you are moving, we can help get your baby safely to the new location, giving you one less thing to worry about! We also offer education programs on responsible pet pig care and ownership.

To adopt a pet from Windy's Ranch & Rescue, you must visit the rescue, and no matter which critter you may think you may want to adopt, trust us, the PIG will PICK YOU!!! We have seen it time and time again, where someone comes to meet a specific pig and then a different one walks up and falls at their feet for an hour-long belly rub and the adoption is DONE!!!! Approved homes do not pay "adoption fees" but we won't say no to whatever you may be able to donate toward pig feed (currently approx $1100 per week, 2025) because our ONLY concern is for our sweet rescued babies to have the best loving safe forever home a kid could have!!!
