Pig feed cost $19 per bag just a few months ago, it now cost nearly $23 per bag, the alfalfa for the horses increased 40% this year, those costs plus dog food, cat food, horse feed, chicken scratch and duck feed, supplements, de-wormers, vaccines and vitamins; any amount you can donate will ensure we can continue to purchase quality food to keep these rescued animals healthy and strong.
Do you need to satisfy a community service hours requirement? Email us, we are happy to put you to work, you get your hours done in the fresh clean farm air!
Need a break from the smog and noise in the city? Contact us to come out and just hang out in the field with the pigs and horses! It's good for your heart, your head, and your soul, and great for the animals too.
Please consider donating $28 for two bales of hay; we take care of a few rescued horses, mini horses, and a sweet burro (Ruby) from the Mt Charleston area after her mom was killed and the herd shunned the baby burro.
